Click here to upload your course outline and/or session handouts. Every year, we hear from attendees how important session handouts are to them. Please take a moment to upload your handouts. If
handouts will not be available until closer to the conference, please post a session outline to help further define what individuals will take away from the session.

Once signed in, you will have the option to update your speaker profile.
Afterwards, click "Save" to continue to the next page. Then select from the dropdown menu
the session for which you are uploading handouts. Title your handouts, browse your computer for the file, and select upload. Your handout will be uploaded and can be located with your session and speaker profile on the
conference schedule. It can take up to 24 hours for handouts to load, so please don't panic if you do not see them right away.
Note: Session handouts will be printed by conference staff beforehand and
provided to attendees for each session. Handouts may be NO more than 16 pages,
and will be printed in black and white. Please be sure to have the following
information included on the first page of your handout; date, time, session #,
and title.

A/V, Recording, and Handout Authorization Form online.
Please submit one form for each session that you are presenting. If you are
part of a panel, please check with the moderator to see if they have submitted
the requirements for the session. Even if you are using our standard A/V set,
please complete the A/V form.
The A/V form(s) must be filled out online no later than Friday, August 31,
2007.
